What do I need for the course?
An iPad with Procreate installed, or a computer with Clip Studio Paint / Photoshop. A drawing tablet is recommended for desktop users. All software trial links are provided.
Do I need prior art experience to join these courses?
Not at all! Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to guide you step-by-step, from mastering the absolute basics to creating your first finished pieces.
Why do you integrate Artificial Intelligence into Digiart Lab's courses and services?
We believe art has always evolved alongside technology. Just as the invention of photography freed painting and redefined modern art, AI today is simply a new 'digital sketchbook' for exploring ideas and colors in record time.
In our courses, we teach students to master these tools as creative partners. In our commissions, we use them strictly during the initial brainstorming phase. The final artwork always relies on the artist's eye, classical training, and human touch to truly have a soul.
What equipment do I need for the online courses?
For Procreate, you will need an iPad and an Apple Pencil. For traditional sketching or digital courses, standard graphic tablets and any desktop software are also welcome.
Are the classes live or recorded?
All classes are live via Zoom with your instructor in real time. You'll also get access to session recordings for 4 weeks after each lesson.
What is the policy if I miss a lesson?
Since our packages are structured as weekly live classes, we do not offer recorded versions of missed lessons. Instead, we provide digital class notes and make-up materials. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to explore your options.
What's the class size?
Maximum 10 students per package to ensure personalized feedback and a supportive creative environment.
How do the 8-week course packages work?
Each package consists of 8 weekly lessons of 75 minutes each, held live online via Zoom. You'll join a small group of students (max 10) and follow a structured curriculum week by week.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund available up to 14 days before the course start date. After that, you can transfer your spot to a future session or receive credit for another course.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the first lesson. Within 14 days of the start date, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
