Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing digiartlab.net and booking a course or commissioning artwork, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Digiart Lab provides online digital art education through 8-lesson course packages conducted live via Zoom, custom digital illustration commissions, and related creative services. All course sessions are scheduled in advance with fixed start dates.
3. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure your spot in a course package.
- All prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT (Moms).
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
- By completing a booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Refund, Cancellation & EU Right of Withdrawal
All purchases for Digiart Lab courses refer to scheduled digital educational services with a fixed start date.
You may request a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date.
If the course begins within 14 days from the purchase date, you expressly agree that:
- The service will begin immediately or on the scheduled start date.
- You waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, where applicable.
After the 14-day pre-start period, no refunds are issued. However, you may request to:
- Transfer your spot to a future course date, or
- Receive a credit for a future Digiart Lab course.
Refunds are not granted once course materials have been accessed or the course has started.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including presentations, worksheets, templates, and session recordings — are the intellectual property of Digiart Lab and are provided for your personal educational use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly without written permission.
Copyright for commissioned artwork transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
Digiart Lab provides high-quality, professional instruction and reliable service. However, we are not liable for technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control (internet outages, third-party platform downtime) that may affect live sessions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected session or provide alternative materials.
7. Code of Conduct
We foster a respectful, supportive, and inclusive creative environment. Harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behaviour during live sessions is not tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
